Dr Ir Ahmad Tajuddin Bin Ali
Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Tan Sri Datuk Dr Ir Ahmad Tajuddin Bin Ali, our Independent Non-Executive Chairman, has over 50 years of experience spanning engineering, nuclear research, energy, academia and corporate governance. He graduated with a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from King's College, University of London in 1973 and subsequently obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London.
He began his career with the National Electricity Board, Malaysia in 1973 before being seconded to Tun Ismail Atomic Research Centre (PUSPATI) in 1977, where he led a team to construct and commission the first nuclear research reactor in Malaysia. He subsequently held various prominent positions, including Deputy Director General of the Nuclear Energy Unit, Director General of SIRIM, and Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB).
He has also served as the President of Malaysia University of Science and Technology and currently holds various leadership and advisory positions across corporate, educational and public institutions. Presently, he is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of NuEnergy Holdings Berhad, ITMAX System Berhad and Plytec Holding Berhad, continuing to contribute extensively to Malaysia's corporate and academic landscape.
Datuk KC Lim
Managing Director
Datuk KC Lim, our Promoter, substantial shareholder and Managing Director, has over 40 years of experience spanning electrical engineering, underground engineering and property development.
He began his career in 1985 and established Lim Electrical Engineering in 1991 before incorporating KEB Ventures Sdn Bhd in 1993 to undertake underground engineering projects. In 2003, he ventured into the property development industry and, in 2004, acquired KEB Properties and KEB Residence, marking the beginning of his involvement in KEB Group.
Under his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, the Group successfully developed its first commercial project (Meru Shoplots) in 2008, first industrial project (K10 Factory) in 2011 and first landed residential project (16 Residency) in 2013, establishing KEB Group's presence in the property development industry.
Vinson Lim
Executive Director
Vinson Lim, our Promoter, substantial shareholder and Executive Director, is responsible for project planning, business development, as well as sales and marketing.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University, Australia in 2013 and commenced his career with KEB Group in the same year as a Project Assistant in KEB Properties.
He was appointed as an Executive Director of KEB Properties in 2014 and subsequently as an Executive Director of KEB Utama in 2018. In 2023, he assumed his present role as Executive Director of KEB Group, where he continues to drive the Group’s growth through strategic project planning, business development, and sales and marketing initiatives.
Lee Li Choon
Independent Non-Executive Director
Lee Li Choon, our Independent Non-Executive Director, has close to 30 years of experience in human resource management, leadership development and executive coaching. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the University of London, United Kingdom in 1996 and holds professional credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) and the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching Program.
She began her career in 1996 with International Computers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and subsequently held various senior human resource positions with prominent multinational corporations, including Orbit Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Deloitte Consulting (SEA) Sdn Bhd, Alcatel-Lucent Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and Ericsson (M) Sdn Bhd, where she was involved in strategic human resource planning and leadership development across the Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia and Oceania regions.
In 2014, she founded Talent Faculty Sdn Bhd to provide professional coaching and leadership development services. She has also served in various leadership roles within the International Coaching Federation Malaysia Charter Chapter, including as its President from 2020 to 2022, and presently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of KYM Holdings Berhad and KGW Group Berhad.
Tan Chee Keong
Independent Non-Executive Director
Tan Chee Keong, our Independent Non-Executive Director, has over 20 years of experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, treasury, investment management and strategic advisory. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting (Honours) from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom in 2002 and has been a Fellow of the ACCA, United Kingdom since 2010.
He began his career with Sime Darby Berhad in 2000 and subsequently held various finance, treasury and corporate finance roles with organisations including Petro Equities Sdn Bhd, RSM Strategic Business Advisors Sdn Bhd, Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd, TAEL Management Co (M) Sdn Bhd, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, where he was involved in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and investment management activities.
He subsequently founded Gewinnt Capital Sdn Bhd, co-founded the Virent Energy Group, and served as the group Chief Financial Officer of BON Estates group and Advancecon Holdings Berhad. Presently, he serves as the group Chief Financial Officer of Majestic Equivest Sdn Bhd and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of ACME Holdings Berhad and Taghill Holdings Berhad.
Nur Fadhilah Binti Muhammad
Independent Non-Executive Director
Nur Fadhilah Binti Muhammad, our Independent Non-Executive Director, has over 40 years of experience in engineering, product certification, testing, inspection and quality assurance. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from the Southern Illinois University, United States of America in 1985 and subsequently obtained a Master of Science from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom in 1996.
She began her career in 1985 with SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd as a Research Officer and progressed through various leadership positions, including Group Leader (Electrical), Senior Manager, Product Certification Section, Head, Electrical & Electronic Section, and Senior General Manager roles overseeing product certification, inspection and testing services across multiple sectors.
In 2021, she was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd, where she provided leadership oversight in formulating strategic initiatives to increase shareholder value, maintain financial performance and diversify the company's revenue streams. She held this position until her retirement in 2025.
Cheok Hun Sien
Chief Operation Officer
Cheok Hun Sien, our Chief Operation Officer, has close to 30 years of experience in quantity surveying, project management and property development. He graduated with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the Federal Institute of Technology in 1997.
He began his career with Konajaya Sdn Bhd in 1995 as a Quantity Surveyor before joining KEB Ventures Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager in 2004, where he managed underground engineering projects involving the installation of electricity transmission and distribution cables. In 2006, he joined Suria Land Development Sdn Bhd as General Manager, overseeing the planning, construction and delivery of residential, commercial and industrial property development projects.
He joined KEB Group as General Manager in 2015 and was promoted to Chief Operation Officer in 2024. He currently oversees the Group's property development operations, including project planning, construction, contracts, quantity surveying, procurement and purchasing functions. He does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or substantial shareholder of our Group, nor does he have any business interests outside our Group that give rise to any conflict of interest with our Group.
Loo Tee Kheng
Chief Financial Officer
Loo Tee Kheng, our Chief Financial Officer, has over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation and financial management. He has been a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2010, and was admitted as a Fellow of the ACCA in 2015.
He began his career with Lai Min Pin & Co. in 2002 as an Audit and Tax Assistant before joining Venture Tax Services Sdn Bhd, Allan Choong & Co., AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad, Dynamic Management Sdn Bhd, Bandar Akademia Sdn Bhd and Cheras Hong Soon Development Sdn Bhd, where he held various audit, taxation, accounting and finance roles. Throughout his career, he gained extensive experience in financial reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, corporate planning and financial risk management.
He joined KEB Group as Finance Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Finance Manager in 2022, Financial Controller in 2024 and Chief Financial Officer in 2025. He currently oversees the Group's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, taxation, statutory compliance and banking matters.
Kenneth Kong
Assistant General Manager
Kenneth Kong, our Assistant General Manager, has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, property development and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and began his career as a Senior Civil Engineer with a consulting firm, where he was primarily involved in engineering design, technical advisory and contract administration.
He joined KEB Group in 2012 as a Project Manager and has since gained extensive experience in the planning and delivery of property development projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the full project development lifecycle, including project planning, regulatory approvals, construction management, contract administration, budget and cost control, infrastructure coordination and stakeholder engagement. He has also worked closely with consultants, contractors and government authorities in delivering high-rise residential and commercial developments.
He currently serves as Assistant General Manager of KEB Berhad, where he oversees the Group's project development and construction functions. He is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget and to the required quality standards, while supporting the Group's operational excellence and long-term growth.
Ryan Chan
Assistant General Manager
Ryan Chan Khan Loon has over 20 years of experience in property development, project management, construction and interior design. He holds a Diploma in Interior Design from the Malaysian Institute of Art and is a Certified Construction Site Supervisor (Building & Architecture) accredited by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia. He is currently awaiting the final results of his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management.
He began his career with Smartland Sdn. Bhd. in 2005 as an Interior Designer before joining Don Cheong Architect in 2007, where he gained experience in project planning, contract documentation and site supervision. In 2009, he established D Plus Studio and subsequently joined D Plus Associates Sdn. Bhd. in 2011 as Chief Interior Designer, overseeing projects from conceptual design to completion. In 2013, he joined KEB Utama Sdn. Bhd. as Chief Designer and subsequently held leadership roles across the Sales and Marketing and Project Departments, where he was involved in product development, branding, sales strategies and the planning and execution of property development projects.
He was subsequently appointed Assistant General Manager, where he currently oversees the Group's property development activities. Throughout his tenure with KEB Utama, he has been involved in the successful delivery of numerous residential and mixed-use developments across Malaysia, working closely with consultants, contractors, government authorities and key stakeholders. His multidisciplinary experience across design, marketing, project management and business operations provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the property development value chain and supports the Group's continued growth and strategic initiatives.
