Launched Residensi Bukit Palma in Kajang, Selangor, our Group's first JV project, where all construction activities were undertaken by KEB Utama.
We also launched our first mixed-use development project, Netizen Residensi in Cheras, with a GDV of approximately RM532.88 million.
KEB Utama diversified into the provision of construction services and obtained CIDB G7 certification, enabling KEB Utama to undertake construction activities for our property development projects.

LKC Ventures acquired 100% equity interest in KEB Properties, the Group’s first subsidiary.
LKC Ventures also acquired 100% equity interest in KEB Residence.
