2. Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the calculations are accurate of the work.
3. Reviewing of materials specification of quantity estimation.
4. To request quotation from sub-contractor and suppliers, analyze and prepare tendered evaluation report.
5. Evaluate and prepare claims main and sub-contractors work done claim and certification by monthly basis.
6. Prepare sub-con documents for the appointments of sub-cons and facilitate pre and post award processes for qualified sub-cons.
7. To monitor and all procurement activities for the project including materials and appointed sub-cons.
8. To control and monitoring of project budget, costings and procurement.
9. Assist to provide efficient, accurate and timely costing to the management.
